Shopping Centre Repair and Maintenance Specialist

Join as a Maintenance Technician, responsible for the repair and maintenance of a Shopping Centre. This full-time role requires a proactive approach to various maintenance tasks and emergency responses.

You will play a crucial role in performing scheduled maintenance, minor repairs on electrical and plumbing systems, and assisting with snow removal. Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork. Flexibility and a hands-on approach are key in this physically demanding position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Carry out landscaping and snow removal activities

• Offer first aid and respond to emergencies

• Manage setup and teardown of mall displays

• Conduct repairs on building fixtures and surfaces

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma needed

• Valid BC Class 5 Drivers License required

• BC Level 1 First Aid certification needed

• Experience in building repairs essential

• Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment
