As a Custodian, your primary goal will be to create a clean and safe environment for students and staff. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, ensuring building safety, and assisting with minor repairs when necessary. Physical capability to handle various tasks, including lifting and moving objects, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and safety of school facilities

• Regularly clean hallways, classrooms, and restrooms

• Conduct floor maintenance including waxing

• Support staff in moving equipment and furniture

• Monitor and report any maintenance needs

Requirements:

• Availability for day or evening shifts

• Understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment

• Capacity to follow both verbal and written instructions

• Physically fit and able to lift and move up to 50 pounds

• Independent work ethic with strong initiative
