Mountain Resort Cleaning Services is looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Cleaner to join our team. We provide high‑quality cleaning services to homes, vacation rentals, and commercial properties throughout the Golden area. Responsibilities- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and high‑touch surfaces
- Prepare and reset vacation rental units (beds, linens, restocking supplies)
- Remove garbage and recycling
- Follow company checklists to ensure consistent, high‑quality results
- Report any maintenance issues or damages
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in client spaces
- Cleaning experience is an asset, but not necessary, especially in residential or vacation rental settings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are an asset
- Supportive, friendly team environment
- Training provided for the right candidate
- Opportunities for additional hours during peak seasons
