Looking for a dedicated Temporary Maintenance Helper to support building maintenance tasks. This role covers cleaning, equipment moving, and ensuring cleanliness across school facilities.
Your responsibilities will include essential physical tasks that contribute to a safe and clean environment. You will utilize your strength and agility while following instructions effectively and engaging with others in the team. Physical demands include lifting heavy items and working outdoors in changing climates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Move furniture and various equipment
• Maintain cleanliness by washing school buses
• Paint and maintain interior and exterior walls
• Sweep, mop, and polish floors as necessary
• Clean and maintain carpeting and rugs
Requirements:
• At least 16 years of age
• Knowledge of effective cleaning methods
• Ability to lift weights up to 60 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Dependability, honesty, and effective communication
