Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative general maintenance tasks

• Assist with plumbing and small equipment repairs

• Respond to emergency situations as needed

• Manage waste removal and property inspections

• Ensure compliance with work orders and safety protocols

Requirements:

• General maintenance and repair experience preferred

• Ability to lift and move materials safely

• Valid driver's license required

• Team player with good communication skills

• Experience with landscaping tools and practices is a plus
