Position: Optima Living Maintenance Assistant Level I Role
Join the team at Optima Living as a Maintenance Assistant Level I, focusing on basic maintenance for our facilities. Help ensure safety and comfort for all residents.

In this role, you'll support the Maintenance Manager by executing essential tasks, including performing minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry areas. Your attention to detail and adherence to health standards will help maintain a respectful and safe environment for our community. Excellent interpersonal skills are key in this resident-centered role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute minor repairs and upgrades efficiently

• Conduct basic equipment checks as needed

• Support contractors and assist with preventive maintenance

• Report defective equipment and maintain safety protocols

• Participate in snow removal and grounds maintenance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Background in building repairs and maintenance preferred

• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Flexibility to work varied shifts and on-call duties
