Night Cleaner

Overview  We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team (from 10pm to 1am every day). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Responsibilities   Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for tasks such as polishing, scrubbing, and minor repairs as needed.
Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment and fixtures are in good working order.
Manage custodial duties efficiently, adhering to scheduled routines to meet cleanliness standards.
Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuums, buffers, and other power tools.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are required.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and heavy lifting procedures.
Ensure all work areas are kept organized and free of hazards through effective time management.
Skills   Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks is a plus.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices for different surfaces.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively.
Positive time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts.
Ability to perform heavy lifting when required, demonstrating physical stamina.
Customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction with cleaning services.
