In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a clean and safe environment. Reporting to the Maintenance & Asset Manager, you will handle various maintenance tasks and coordinate with external contractors when necessary. This position requires a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform interior and exterior maintenance tasks
• Coordinate repairs with external contractors
• Manage the maintenance supplies inventory
• Maintain an updated schedule of planned maintenance
• Assist with resident clutter reduction efforts
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of related experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
