Position: Gravity Haus Maintenance Technician Role

Join Gravity Haus as a Maintenance Technician, responsible for ensuring hotel operations run smoothly. This position offers hands-on opportunities in routine maintenance and guest support.

As a Maintenance Technician I, you will undergo various preventive maintenance tasks across hotel systems, from HVAC to plumbing. You'll play a key role in guest satisfaction by responding to maintenance requests and conducting basic repairs. Your work will involve collaboration with different departments while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute preventive maintenance on hotel systems

• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests from guests

• Assist with hot tub chemical testing and balancing

• Track maintenance tasks within our internal system

• Participate in seasonal upkeep and landscaping tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in maintenance roles

• Required valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

• Solid understanding of repair processes and systems

• Ability to communicate professionally with guests

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and adapting to various tasks
