Compensation
$22 – $24/hour (full-time / permanent). On-call premium and overtime are paid for rotating coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Pack, catalog, and clean contents from disaster‑affected areas

Perform pre/post‑construction and structural cleaning

Clean fabrics, textiles, and various surfaces

Use Encircle Restoration Software for inventory

Cross‑train in demolition, painting, and other departments

Work locally and out of town

What you bring

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Good organizational and communication skills

Physically fit, capable of heavy lifting and safety‑conscious

Tech‑savvy (comfortable using apps/software)

Capable of working locally and out of town

Valid driver’s license and clean abstract

Clear criminal record

English proficiency, written and spoken

Other stuff that’ll help you be successful

You genuinely enjoy working with people in a team environment

Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal

Of Note
Disasters can strike at any time, so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after‑hours on‑call work is a requirement. You’ll work regular weekday hours and participate in a rotating after‑hours on‑call schedule.
