At RMR, you will assist the Employee Housing Manager by overseeing employee housing maintenance and tracking preventive schedules. The role includes coordinating with vendors and conducting inspections to maintain safety standards. You will have a significant impact on facility-related improvements, contributing to the overall quality of living for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and prioritize maintenance requests efficiently

• Coordinate with Facilities and third-party trades

• Support safety checks and asset tracking operations

• Provide input for capital upgrades and maintenance

• Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and legal requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Eligibility to work in Canada; can provide SIN documentation
