Position: Cleaning Supervisor for Diverse Environments
Lead a dedicated cleaning team as a Cleaning Supervisor across multiple locations. This role involves site inspections, staff training, and hands-on support in a variety of work settings.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 5-10 cleaners in different environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Your responsibilities will also include establishing work schedules, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met. This position is physically demanding and requires travel across various work sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and train cleaning staff effectively

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities

• Inspect facilities for safety and cleanliness

• Recommend additional services like repairs and renovations

• Assist cleaners with their duties as needed

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience

• 1 to 7 months cleaning experience

• Strong oral communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure
