Position: Full-Time Custodian at TteS
Join Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc as a full-time Custodian, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment on the Kamloops Indian Reserve. Your cleaning expertise will directly contribute to the well-being of our community.

This permanent role in Human Resources focuses on cleaning and disinfecting to maintain health standards. You'll work diligently to ensure cleanliness in various areas, including offices and washrooms. The position also requires monitoring equipment and addressing any concerns proactively while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect assigned areas following safety practices

• Daily maintenance of offices, washrooms, and common areas

• Spot clean and maintain floors through mopping and vacuuming

• Report malfunctions of equipment and complete maintenance tasks

• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials

Requirements:

• Grade 10 education or equivalent

• First Aid, CPR Level C certification required

• Good physical condition to meet job demands

• Completion of WHMIS training

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
