As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will support all engineering operations at Cabot Revelstoke. This role encompasses daily maintenance activities, repairs, and team support, working closely with the Maintenance Manager. You will play a vital role in maintaining building systems and fostering a safe environment for guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain guest rooms and facilities to luxury standards
• Address maintenance requests to minimize guest disruption
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and work orders
• Assist with team supervision and training
• Support cleanliness in back-of-house areas
Requirements:
• Previous maintenance experience in hospitality required
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experience with maintenance programs and work order systems
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Flexible availability, including on-call support
