General Maintenance Helper at RCR

RCR is hiring a General Maintenance Helper at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, focusing on cleaning, lift operation, and promoting workplace safety. Hands-on maintenance experience is essential.

This position involves assisting the Lift Maintenance team and undertaking general labor tasks across Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Candidates must be capable of outdoor work in various conditions and have familiarity with lift equipment. Strong communication and reliability will ensure effective teamwork in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cleaning and general maintenance tasks

• Operate lifts for the Lift Maintenance team’s needs

• Assist in vehicle maintenance tasks where required

• Advocate for health and safety within the work area

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Familiarity with lift equipment and power tools

• Physically fit for manual labor and outdoor conditions

• Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• First aid and CPR certification is a plus
