Lead maintenance operations at Highland Valley Copper in Logan Lake, BC as a Mine Maintenance Superintendent. Ensure safety, optimize equipment reliability, and manage maintenance budgets for our mobile fleet.

This full-time on-site role reports to the Manager Mine, focusing on the execution of maintenance activities for the mobile fleet and facilities. Utilize your extensive mining knowledge and leadership skills to enhance safety and efficiency throughout operations while fostering team development and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and adhere to courageous safety leadership principles

• Maximize equipment availability through predictive maintenance

• Collaborate with various teams to meet production targets

• Participate in budget development and monitoring

• Support the continuous improvement of operational efficiency

Requirements:

• BSc. in Engineering or technical accreditation

• Minimum 10 years of senior level experience in maintenance

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication and organization skills
