Teck is searching for a dedicated Mine Maintenance Supervisor to oversee trades and maintenance schedules. This full-time position revolves around continuous improvement and effective supervision of a skilled team. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills along with experience in employee relations and maintenance work, as you'll be a vital part of enhancing equipment reliability and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion safety leadership and enforce safety protocols

• Manage daily work schedules for timely project completion

• Support 7-day schedule development and long-term planning

• Analyze delays and optimize resource allocation

• Ensure preventative maintenance compliance and detail repair history

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyperson's ticket or related diploma

• Minimum one year in supervisory or team leading roles

• Experience in industrial maintenance planning and scheduling

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Proven leadership skills with accountability focus
