The Mine Maintenance Supervisor role requires a proactive safety leader, overseeing trades, schedules, and maintenance initiatives at Canada’s largest open-pit copper mine. Successful candidates will excel in organization, team collaboration, and communication.

Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the performance of key equipment and ensuring efficiency in maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety initiatives adhering to rules and procedures

• Manage daily and weekly work schedules effectively

• Support development of long-range maintenance plans

• Ensure compliance with Preventive Maintenance standards

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyperson's ticket or engineering degree

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience
