You'll enhance safety culture while optimizing maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety initiatives and sponsor environmental procedures
• Manage maintenance staffing, budgeting, and planning

• Support team members’ career development
• Collaborate with various departmental teams for operational targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years' progressive mining experience
• BSc. in Engineering or relevant technical accreditation
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
