Maintenance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute general repairs including plumbing and electrical tasks

• Clean and maintain hallways and common areas

• Manage garbage and recycling disposal

• Landscape and maintain building exteriors

• Remove snow and apply salt for safety

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance roles

• Knowledge in plumbing, repairs, and safety procedures

• Strong verbal and written English skills

• Ability to work independently or in a team

• Successful completion of criminal record checks for Ontario or BC applicants
