Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise staff, maintain quality standards and ensure exceptional customer service across our residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities- Supervise, coordinate and support the daily activities of cleaning staff.
- Assist with employee scheduling, assign daily work and maintain operational records.
- Train and onboard new employees, demonstrating company cleaning procedures and safe work practices.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching to maintain high quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections of completed work and address any deficiencies.
- Communicate professionally with clients and respond to service concerns.
- Coordinate laundry pick-up and delivery.
- Monitor cleaning supply inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained and report repair or replacement needs.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and assist with cleaning duties as required.
- Minimum two years of professional cleaning experience.
- Minimum one year of supervisory or leadership experience within the cleaning industry.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple job sites and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the position, including lifting cleaning equipment and supplies, bending, standing and walking for extended periods.
