In this integral role, you will manage custodial operations for a premier client. Your leadership will guide a workforce of 20-30 individuals while implementing operational strategies and fostering team development. This position offers varied responsibilities with an emphasis on communication and team cohesion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and direct site operational activities daily
• Train and motivate up to 40 team members effectively
• Ensure compliance with client expectations and company initiatives
• Identify potential operational challenges and resolve them
• Prepare to engage in frontline work to fulfill obligations
Requirements:
• Business-related diploma or at least 1 year of experience
• Capable of passing a Canadian Criminal Background Check
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge required
• Understanding of employment standards and OH&S Act
• Exemplary leadership and communication skills
