We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Kamloops location. In this full-time position, you will lead Inside Sales Representatives to hit sales targets, improve processes, and maintain high compliance standards.
Your role will also involve developing and implementing new sales tools to enhance team performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track sales performance and generate monthly scorecards
• Collaborate on annual sales budgeting with ABOM, South BC
• Manage the execution of Price Increase Plans and customer communications
• Supervise Inside Sales Representatives, including performance management
• Monitor compliance with CRM tools and company processes
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in an industrial field
• College diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Strong understanding of quality systems and safety standards
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Advanced communication skills in English
