The candidate will be required to address customers' complaints or concerns.
The candidate will be required to prepare marketing plans.
The candidate will be required to prepare budgets.
The candidate will be required to monitor revenues and expenses.
The candidate will be required to negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
The candidate will be required to implement marketing activities.
The candidate will be required to establish work schedules.
The candidate will be required to enforce policies and procedures.
The candidate will be required to develop and implement business plans.
The candidate will be required to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
The candidate will be required to Supervise staff.
The candidate will be required to Recruit and hire staff.
The candidate will be required to Conduct performance reviews.
The candidate will be required to arrange for and oversee maintenance activities.
The work setting is a Hotel, motel, resort.
The candidate will be required to supervise 5-10 people.
Requirements
The candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
The candidate should have an experience of at least 1 year to less than 2 years.
Public transportation is available for the candidate to use.
The candidate should have excellent oral communication skills.
The candidate should have excellent written communication.
The candidate should have interpersonal awareness.
The work will involve a combination of sitting, standing and walking which the candidate should be comfortable with.
The candidate should be able to manage tight deadlines.
The candidate should be able to work under pressure.

The work will be physically demanding and hence the candidate should be comfortable with it.
