As part of the Dawson Construction team, you will report directly to the Superintendent and contribute to our asphalt plant's optimal functioning. Responsibilities include upholding safety standards, monitoring production quality, and maintaining equipment. You’ll perform inspections and report any issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently
