Finning is seeking a highly skilled professional for its Kamloops team. As a Component Exchange Specialist, you will work extensively with engine and powertrain components, providing critical support to specialty welding tasks and ensuring precision in measurement and parts salvage processes. Daily duties will also include using Caterpillar SIS and completing essential technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and disassemble engines and powertrains

• Support specialty welding disassembly and reassembly

• Perform precision measurement for parts salvage

• Interact with internal and external customers

• Complete service reports and warranty documentation

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Ticket considered an asset

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Previous experience with Caterpillar products beneficial

• Engine or component rebuilding experience preferred

• Familiarity with transmission or hydraulic testing an asset
