Forklift Operator

Position: Forklift Operator at Paradigm Building Solutions
Become a crucial part of Paradigm Building Solutions as a Forklift Operator and Skilled Labourer in Louis Creek, B.C. This role combines forklift operation with hands-on labour to support manufacturing efficiency.

In this factory-focused position, you will operate forklifts to move materials and finished products, ensuring efficient production flow. You will also assist in general shop tasks including material preparation, cleanup, and inventory management. Weekend shifts offer a condensed schedule, allowing you to complete 40 hours in just three days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts for material handling

• Load and unload materials in production areas

• Maintain organized and stocked production environments

• Assist with shrink wrapping and preparation for shipping

• Conduct daily inspections of equipment for safety

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid forklift operator certification required

• Experience in factory or warehouse environments preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs
