Production, Manufacturing Production, Production Associate ​/ Production Line

Production Employees  are the backbone of our mills. They ensure safe and efficient production of plywood and veneer, creating materials that build homes and communities.

We’re looking for  Production Employees  to join our Heffley Creek Division in Kamloops, British Columbia.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated commitment to working safely.

Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment.

Reliable transportation to the site, as the work location is not accessible by transit.

Previous experience in a forest products industry is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Work independently as part of a team dedicated to safely and efficiently producing lumber products.

Perform a variety of labour and production duties around the mill supporting the production of plywood products.

Conduct general clean‑up activities such as sweeping and keeping equipment clean.

Stand for long periods, frequently twist and bend while working on the production line.

Work primarily indoors but be exposed to hot and cold temperatures from time to time.

Shift Schedule

Rotating shift schedule that changes every two weeks.

Day shift – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Evening shift – 3:30 pm to 12:00 am.

Graveyard shift – 12:00 pm to 7:00 am.
