Finning Canada is expanding its team in Kamloops, seeking a skilled Component Disassembly Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for disassembling engines and various components and maintaining high cleanliness standards in the shop. Previous experience with Caterpillar products and engine rebuilding is a plus, enhancing your candidacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disassemble engines, powertrain components, and subassemblies

• Perform steam cleaning and parts washing as required

• Ensure effective fluid draining of oils and coolants

• Maintain cleanliness in tear down/assembly areas

• Conduct sandblasting for salvageable subcomponent pieces

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Ticket is an asset

• Safety-conscious with strong organizational skills

• Previous Caterpillar repair and troubleshooting experience

• Experience with hydraulic testing preferred

• Ability to work on a 7x7 continuous shift
