Ideal candidates have a mechanical background, organizational skills, and the ability to read shop drawings. Training on the computerized workstation is provided for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and edge-banding machinery efficiently

• Interpret and read woodworking shop drawings accurately

• Feed raw materials into the machining centers

• Clean machinery and manage tooling changeouts

• Perform quality inspections and upkeep workspace tidiness

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong digital and mechanical problem-solving skills

• Effective communication in a team setting

• Experience with CNC technology preferred

• Familiarity with wood products is an asset
