As a Skilled Labourer, you will report directly to the Foreman and Plant Manager and hold significant responsibilities in material preparation and staging.

Your role includes supporting workstations, loading, and maintaining production standards to ensure smooth operations on the busy shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate construction machinery and tools safely

• Organize, stage, and prepare materials for movement

• Shrink wrap products for storage and shipping

• Support daily production with wood framing and assembly

• Communicate production issues to management

Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing or construction preferred

• Ability to read production instructions and drawings

• Forklift ticket is a significant asset

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Safety-minded with good communication abilities
