Tolko is searching for eager students enrolled in full-time studies to help in our Heffley Creek Division. As a production employee, you’ll play a key role in a team focused on producing plywood while maintaining safety standards. This position combines hands-on work and learning in an industrial setting, which can be physically demanding yet rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various production and labour tasks at the mill

• Help ensure a clean and safe work environment

• Engage in standing, twisting, and bending activities on the production line

• Work indoors and adapt to heat and cold exposure

• Follow a rotating shift pattern of day and evening hours

Requirements:

• Enrollment in full-time post-secondary education

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a team setting

• Must have reliable transportation to the site
