Position: Full-Time Operator at Manufacturing Facility
Become a Full-Time Operator at our manufacturing facility located in Louis Creek, B.C. This afternoon shift role includes operating machinery, staging, and supporting various production tasks.

In this position, you will report to the Foreman and Plant Manager, handling responsibilities such as equipment operation, shrink wrapping, and ensuring smooth material flow. You will collaborate closely with team members and play a key role in achieving production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate tools, machinery, and construction equipment

• Load and stage materials for production

• Follow safe work procedures and regulations

• Monitor and communicate on production efficiencies

• Maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience, especially with saws and machinery

• Strong attention to detail and safe work habits

• Ability to lift materials and perform physical work

• Forklift experience is beneficial

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
