Mill Processing Superintendent at Teck

Location: Logan Lake

Lead safety and operational excellence as the Superintendent of Mill Processing at Teck's Highland Valley Copper in Logan Lake, BC. Drive production and mentor teams in a collaborative environment.

In this on-site full-time role, you'll oversee the technical performance of one of Canada's largest copper concentrators. You must have extensive operational experience and a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. As a leader, you'll enhance productivity and build future leaders through mentorship and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a strong safety culture across all operations

• Lead Mill Operations, Metallurgy, and Process Control teams

• Deliver optimized production through effective decision-making

• Develop and mentor future leaders in the department

• Build partnerships with cross-functional teams for site performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in leadership within a mineral processing environment

• Experience with large-scale construction and commissioning

• Degree in Mining, Metallurgy, or related disciplines preferred

• Registration or eligibility with EGBC as a Professional Engineer

• Strong analytical and communication skills
