Pulp and Paper Shift Coordinator

Position: Pulp and Paper Shift Coordinator Role
Lead teams with safety and efficiency as a Shift Coordinator in the Pulp and Paper sector. This position focuses on training, compliance, and performance improvements on a 4 on, 4 off schedule.

As a Shift Coordinator, you will report to the Fibreline Manager and oversee team performance in a safe working environment. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety protocols, conducting inspections, and mentoring production line employees. Additionally, you will coordinate departmental activities while maintaining production quality and budget goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety training and compliance for crew members

• Conduct inspections and address equipment deficiencies

• Supervise and coach production line employees

• Communicate performance standards to team operators

• Implement solutions for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in pulp operations

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, written and oral

• Knowledge of safety and pulping operations

• Bachelor's in engineering or related field preferred
