Position: Production Employee
Become a key player at Tolko's Heffley Creek Division as a Production Employee in Kamloops, British Columbia. No experience is necessary, as we provide all required training.

This role is ideal for dedicated individuals focused on safety and efficiency in the production of plywood and veneer products. The Heffley Creek Division, with around 215 employees, produces significant quantities of lumber products annually. Daily responsibilities include general labor duties, equipment clean-up, and teamwork, ensuring a productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently support team efforts in safely producing lumber

• Perform various production and labor tasks around the mill

• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment and equipment

• Stand for long periods and handle physical labor tasks

• Adapt to rotating shifts including days, evenings, and nights

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Commitment to safe work practices

• Previous experience in a production environment preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Reliable transportation to work site
