Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment safely while producing plywood products

• Perform various labour and production duties in the mill

• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the production area

• Stand for long periods and adapt to temperature changes

• Work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, or graveyard

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience in production or manufacturing environments

• Reliable transportation to the mill site

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently

• Physically capable of demanding tasks in an industrial setting
