Position: ICS Youth Services Program Coordinator Role
Drive positive change for youth in crisis as the Program Coordinator for Youth Services with ICS in Kamloops, BC. This full-time role emphasizes leadership and community collaboration.
As a Program Coordinator, you will oversee the effective delivery of critical youth services, including the Kamloops Youth Shelter and programs like Youth ReConnect.

Your role will focus on staff supervision, community engagement, and maintaining program standards. It’s crucial to ensure all operations are person-centered and comply with organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily service operations for youth programs

• Coach and mentor program staff

• Ensure alignment with quality standards

• Cultivate partnerships with community health and education services

• Manage budgets and program resources
Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in relevant fields

• 2 years working with at-risk youth

• 1 year of program management experience

• Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record

• Completion of criminal and vulnerable sector checks
