Join our Nurse Practitioner team!
- Direct clinical care for a designated group of inpatients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Engage in short‑term and long‑term care planning in collaboration with the inter‑professional team.
- Coordinate transitions of care and manage older adult patients admitted to the Hospitalist program, particularly those with sub‑acute conditions and complex chronic care needs.
- Work autonomously at a high level while consulting and making appropriate referrals to physicians and other healthcare team members as needed.
- Active Nurse Practitioner licence in British Columbia.
- Experience managing behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals.
08:00 – 20:00, rotating schedule, including weekends, statutory holidays, and potential on‑call shifts.
Salary Range$74.74 /hour – $82.21 /hour. Interior Health establishes salaries within the minimum and maximum of the salary range based on qualifications and experience of the applicant.
