Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train staff in Home Support Services
• Implement client care plans effectively
• Conduct assessments and nursing diagnoses
• Advocate for improvements in client care
• Adhere to BCCNM standards and protocols
Requirements:
• Licensed with the BCCNM
• Minimum three years of nursing experience
• One year of supervisory experience
• Valid BC Driver's License
• Flexible availability for shift work
