Position: Registered Nurse for Long-Term Care
Interior Health is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to enhance the care of Long-term Care patients at Overlander Extended Care, Kamloops, BC. This permanent part-time role involves flexible night shifts where your nursing passion can make a difference.
As a key member of our Long-term Care team, you will provide essential nursing care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Your role is vital in improving the quality of life for both patients and their families. Continuous professional development and evidence-based practices are key aspects of this position. The opportunity presents a chance to engage in committees and research projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to Long-term Care patients

• Collaborate with healthcare providers for quality improvement

• Maintain and advance clinical competence

• Participate in hospital committees and research projects

• Work scheduled shifts from 23:00 to 07:00 hours
Requirements:

• Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Strong motivation and flexibility in work

• Commitment to evidence-based nursing practices

• Ability to work in a dynamic care environment

• Flexibility to operate in various units as needed
