Specialty Pharma Nurse

This temporary 18-month position is designed for nursing professionals who excel at monitoring infusion-related reactions and administering pharmacological treatments. You will develop individualized care plans, educate patients, and collaborate with the Specialty Pharma Supervisor for optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored nursing care plans

• Perform health assessments and provide patient education

• Administer specialized intravenous medications and observe status

• Document adverse events as per pharmacovigilance standards

• Maintain training and competencies for specialized procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from accredited institution

• Current registration with provincial nursing regulatory body

• Experience with IV access and central lines preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
