ICU Nurse Specializing in Neuro and Trauma

Utilize your expertise in nursing as an ICU Registered Nurse, focusing on neuro and trauma care in a critical care unit. This role is tailored for experienced nurses adept at managing high-acuity patients during night shifts.
As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will support complex cases while collaborating with skilled interdisciplinary professionals. A minimum of 2 years in direct ICU care is required, along with critical thinking and strong clinical assessment skills to navigate challenging scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide critical care to neuro and trauma patients

• Conduct clinical assessments in high-stakes situations

• Work closely within an interdisciplinary team framework

• Participate in rotating 12.25-hour night shifts

• Complete designated orientation including night training
Requirements:

• RN with required Critical Care Certification

• Must hold a valid BLS certification

• At least 2 years of ICU experience needed

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills vital

• Experience in Neuro and Trauma nursing preferred
