At Age Care Sun Rivers, we seek a dedicated Registered Nurse to enhance the well-being of our residents. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans while collaborating with a skilled healthcare team. This position allows you to make a lasting impact on the lives of those in our long-term care facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for resident care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor and document health status constantly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
• Educate residents and families on health and resources
Requirements:
• Current BCCN&M registration
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience in long-term care desirable
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Commitment to compassionate, quality care
