Long-term Care Nurse - Evening Shifts

Take on a pivotal role as a Long-term Care Registered Nurse. Focus on enhancing patient experiences through quality care and teamwork in a positive work environment.

This part-time opportunity involves providing nursing care to Long-term Care patients, working evenings from 15:00 to 23:00 until March 21, 2027. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patients’ needs are met while engaging in evidence-based practice and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to Long-term Care residents

• Collaborate with health care teams to meet patient needs

• Focus on enhancing patient and family quality of life

• Maintain and develop clinical competencies

• Engage in research and participate in committees

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification and license

• Experience preferred in Long-term Care settings

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

• Commitment to quality nursing practices

• Must be available for evening shifts until 2027
