This role offers two Permanent Full-Time opportunities with rotating shifts catering to both day and night schedules. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement personalized care plans for residents
• Administer medications per established protocols
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to deliver care
• Operate within BCCNM competency guidelines
• Maintain the dignity and respect of all patients
Requirements:
• Degree from a Practical Nurse program
• Active full practicing license from BCCNM required
• CPR certification is a must
• Preferred experience in long-term care
• Must exhibit reliability, flexibility, and motivation
