In this role, the Addictions Licensed Practical Nurse will assess clients, document care plans, and communicate effectively with community medical partners. You'll need to embrace trauma-informed practices while implementing recovery-oriented strategies for clients with complex health needs. Maintain a proactive role in promoting positive team interactions and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on comprehensive client assessments
• Implement and adhere to individualized care plans
• Facilitate program participation through effective education
• Liaise with community resources for holistic support
• Ensure compliance with nursing protocols and documentation
Requirements:
• Active LPN license from BC College of Nurses
• Background in addiction treatment or recovery support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• WHMIS and Naloxone certifications
