Interior Health is on the lookout for an experienced Registered Nurse for a relief part-time position. This role focuses on patient assessments, implementation of care plans, and collaboration with healthcare teams in the hemodialysis setting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of patients with chronic kidney conditions, working varying shifts to provide consistent care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patients undergoing hemodialysis
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care
• Address changing health care needs of individuals
• Utilize specialized nursing knowledge for effective treatment
• Conduct evaluations and follow protocols for safety
Requirements:
• Graduated from an approved School of Nursing
• Registered with BCCNM
• Nephrology nursing certificate with experience required
• Valid BCLS certification
• Hold a current BC Driver’s License
