Health is searching for a motivated Registered Nurse to contribute to its Long-term Care team. This part-time relief position involves independent and collaborative nursing for long-term care patients. You will enhance patients' quality of life and engage with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining high clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care to long-term care patients
Collaborate with healthcare providers for quality patient outcomes
Apply evidence-based practices in nursing care
Maintain clinical competence and professional development
Participate in designated committees and research projects
Requirements Registered Nurse qualification with current BC license
Experience in long-term care preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Flexibility and reliability in shift scheduling
