Registered Nurse - Infusion Services

Bayshore is seeking a Registered Nurse with a specialization in infusion services. This role focuses on the administration of specialized pharmaceutical treatments within home and clinic settings.

As a Specialty Pharma Nurse, your responsibilities will include monitoring infusion sessions and providing patient-centered care based on individualized plans. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team and be involved in ongoing training to enhance your skills within infusion services and related pharmacological treatments.

Your role will directly impact patient satisfaction and health outcomes as you document care and educate patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and review individualized nursing care plans

• Conduct patient health assessments and provide education

• Administer specialized IV or injectable treatments

• Monitor patient reactions and report findings

• Execute routine nursing tasks following established protocols

Requirements:

• BSN degree from an accredited program

• Valid registration with a provincial nursing body

• Current BLS certification and ACLS for clinic roles

• Experience in home care or specialty pharmaceuticals is preferred

• Outstanding patient assessment and interpersonal skills
